Lutefisk is awful, but pinnekjøtt is just amazing! I could eat it every day, but then again, it wouldn't be so special any more. Happy new year Roger, looking forward to your next episode :) Btw, do you know what kind of boat your English friends have?

Thank you and happy new year to you too! Lutefisk is fantastic if it is done right. Took me many years to like it too until I learned the difference in preparation of it. No, I am not sure if it is a one off. I know it is for sale. A beautiful little boat, built with lots of love over the years. (Jim built the interior himself) - and it is dirt cheap!
