@coutchtomato privately funded, when we have homeless children, families. Where is the priority, homeless kids or boats. Shocking. I know how sponsorship works, millions and millions of which should be to help the poor.

@@fun---- well the government can use the 5.2 million dollars in extra GPD to fund poor people and homeless. Country’s are run like a business. No money to help people with no money earned. Look at 3rd world countries…. Without any income there is no money
