Sailing Fiji - Makogai Island.

We get a tour of the Island which is now a Government research station but has a former life as a Leper colony for the Pacific. We really enjoyed our time there with the locals.

Loved Makogai Is. Did you get to see the grand daddy clam to the left looking from the bay? Another good trick with bananas a friend told us about is to put them in the freezer, peeled. Makes a lovely icy treat.

Hey Katrina. The large clam is right out in front of the beach near the wharf. 👍. Good tip about the bananas. We freeze diced fruit when it is plentiful and have it for breakfast with yoghurt Dee makes on powdered milk. 👍. Rob.
