B Frank was the first SCAMP I got to see up close, when Steve Haines brought her to Mystic Seaport for the WoodenBoat Festival, maybe 10 years ago. It's good to see her still going strong!

Ah. If you look at around 7:14 of this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/e52ThZmLZpmdrtUsi=YAAeA1-SecxjeoH4 you will see it. The “bleater” is a line that traps the boom against the mast on starboard tack. I used a line tied to a pad eye where my downhaul is aft around the mast to a jam cleat with fairlead mounted on the boom.
