Very beautiful, but so different from our current situation. Leaving tomorrow to travel up north for a week of skiing... I'm glad you won't treat Tranquility for a Catamaran even if I understood that you might want to have a bigger (and faster?) boat one day.

Snowboarding is one of the things I miss🙃 As a holiday boat Tranquillity is the best. As live aboards a bit small. And if can do an ocean passage in 19 days instead of 26🤗

Can u tell something about the speeds of the 2 boats?

So a Nautitech 40 should be able to get to 8 knots easily. But it does not and needs at least 20 knots of wind. Our 33 ft monohull does a 6 knots average quite easy. And with this avg we were faster every day on different wind angles. The Nautitech beat us only when there was windspeed over 18 knots
