I love this trip! Someone else has probably made this comment but the blue berries in Iceland aren't the blueberries the rest of us buy in stores, they are Bilberries, similar and I"m sure quite delicious. They aren't harvested apparently as people just hike and eat them as you do! Such a lovely location, a bit cold and windy but you both seem to be enjoying the adventure!

What beautiful images again😮❤...for you the drone footage must also give extra dimension when you walk around there on the ground and see it from that point of view. The humour, the fun and to top it all off, a nice little storm!!!😅 So you guys are heading south soon you said..curious to see where you go. More on that in the next vlog for sure. Courageously forward and sail on today's wind..or at least try to..😅🎉❤

Great video. Tip….when in a “rolling” anchorage, try setting a stern anchor at right angles. This will enable you to haul the stern round so the bow can present a better angle to the swell. Capt John

Your videos and narration are just awesome...makes the viewer feel like we are there with you. That's a genuine talent. Thanks! When you get to the top of those mountains, you might want to grab yourself a small rock sample as a memento. As you travel the world this collection makes for a nice keepsake. Yeah, I know the rock is the same at the base, but the one from the top has meaning....or so I told my sore knees on the journey down. I have a collection from my days hiking in the Rockies....one glance at the rock has more memory energy than a file full of photos.

Soooo many cool aspects to this video but one of the things that stands out the most is where did the logs come from on the beach & trail (between the 2:00&3:00 minute mark). Especially when there are no trees anywhere to be found? Wild. Another great episode!! Travel safe!😊

Hi guys. Just calling in from Nz. A little hint if i may. In extreme conditions, where you're exposed to pretty gnarly winds, as in Roaring 40s as I've experienced down under, my suggestion would be to have bow and stern lines, as you have. But you will have far better control of your vessel, if your spring lines are full length. Stern cleat to the nearest bollard opposite your bow. And bow cleat to nearest bollard opposite your stern. Even allowing for the hull shape, you'll find that the vessel will be possibly off the wharf, and under your control. Place your arms, elbow to fingers above each other. Now without changing that position, swivel them out to create an X. You should get a basic idea of how the springs take control, in extreme situations. So you have bow and stern lines, plus two springs. Believe it or not..."Less is More." I believe Dr. David Lewis used a similar technique in the Beagle Channel, on his catamaran Rehu Moana, when dealing with the horrendous williwaws blowing through the channel. Loving your channel. Looking forward to further adventures. Iceland is on my bucket list. Thanks for sharing. Atb from down under.

Okay I'm really baffled. In the beginning of your video, you were walking on the beach coming inland and I noticed logs on the ground. Where did those logs come from because I'm not seeing any trees? Plus what are you doing looking into that little cave? There could be polar bears sleeping in there!😮 oh blue berries! You can make blue berry pancakes or blue berry muffins. 😊 You know, I heard Artic foxes follow polar bears to get food scraps that the polar bears leave!😮 Oh great, your video ends on a bad note. A nasty storm is coming in and you end the video. So now we get to worry about you guys all week long wondering if you survived the storm okay. Great. You know stress isn't good for people. Okay I'll be waiting to find out if you survived the storm, next week. 😮
