Inners have sticks during 3 seasons. Then in Eternal they unlock and use their planet Sailor Crystals (heart shaped) to transform into their second Super forms (since in season 3 they get their super forms at the end of season 3 unlocked by Super Sailor Moon and are temporary). And Outers have no sticks in Crystal S3 and can transform with hands therefore since they are more powerful than 4 inners. In Eternal/S4 both inners and outer get their Sailor Crystals unlocking their full potential power they also upgrade from Super to Eternal forms during end of Eternal movie to help Sailor Moon destroy and kill Nehelenia. In Cosmos movie they will have some new attacks before they will be killed by Galaxia and her minions and they will die since their Sailor Crystals are their life force now, you may think thats plothole since in first seasons they can live without Sailor Crystals but I think Serenity sealed Crystals and prevent them from using full power but because of Dead Moon Circus invading Earth they were given their Sailor Crystals back and now it became part of their souls again, but they lived without it in first 3 seasons because I think Serenity made wish for inners and outers to have external life force outside of crystal that being for inners: transformation wands and for outers she wished they would could just use hands to transform thats my theory. Also I think inners and outers not having brooches like Sailor Moon makes them more unique as she is main characters and technically they do have brooch you can see it- thru seasons it changes form: planet/circle shape, heart shape and then star shape (planet- base forms, heart- super forms, star-eternal forms) its just that brooch is not shown when transforming.

Tuxedo Mask has mini transformation sequence in Crystal S3 and in S4/Eternal movie he transforms with Sailor Moon by her shouting Moon Crisis.

@@AlanArc yeah one of idea for 3rd Sailor Moon is to have full Tuxedo Mask transformation scenes (we got snippets in Crystal season 3 and 4 (Eternal movie), but if Toei makes new Sailor Moon anime I hope they give him full transformation).

Yup but I think creator didn’t want to give others white sailor dresses with a little color lines for their super forms because Usagi and Chibi Moon are main characters, mostly thats why. This video is still cool.
