Cloverway, Inc. was shut down in August 2007 and they deserve to be shut down after what the people did to the Sailor Moon anime back in the Early 2000's. All the original dubbed Sailor Moon actors are innocent and I can't blame them for being forced to do a bad Sailor Moon dub.

@@Mandy87Marie Cloverway was too much of a coward to dub Sailor Moon and their heavy ass censorship gets my point across. They tried too hard to make Sailor Moon a kid's show and it didn't work out. I feel so sorry for the Cloverway Sailor Moon voice actors for what they have been through. It's not the actors to blame, but the guy in charge of the Cloverway Sailor Moon dub.

Megumi Ogata- She's very fitting, her voice is just perfection!, she's one of my favourite Japanese voice actresses next to the late Shiho Niiyama (the voice of Seiya Kou/Sailor Star Fighter.) Junko Minagawa- She sounds a bit like Megumi-sempai, she does great, not my favourite but she does great. Sarah Lafleur- Yeah I know she was unfitting, but she was under bad direction, if you guys never knew, her voice sounded okay, there were some moments were she sounded okay, so in my opinion, I blame the voice director. Erica Mendez- She balances Haruka/Uranus's voice perfectly!, So she is my favourite voice actress for Haruka/Uranus's, I love her voice!

My opinion: Megumi - At first I wasn't sure, but her voice grew on me quickly. She balances both the feminine and masculine voice. Erica - Like Megumi, she balances both the feminine and masculine voice. She leans more towards feminine, but I kind of like that about her! Junko - She's ok. Her voice acting is amazing, but unfortunately her voice isn't very feminine at all. Very deep. Sarah - Her acting is absolutely horrible which is a shame because I love her voice and she suits Haruka amazingly. It's just such a shame about the acting and the direction.

The acting is no fault of hers but in the directing. I don't know who directed her voice but she had so much potential and it's such a shame. I also have no such bias as I watched the og dub before... I just prefer the Viz dub because the voices suited the characters better and it was closer to the original. I like plenty of the og actors voices but not necessarily for the characters they voiced.

So I'm a guy who grew up on the old English dub, and obviously I knew they weren't cousins, and was smart enough to realize they were dating, because of how cute they were. And I always loved Haruka, but I never quite realized how amazing they were. Oh, when they start saying that they're totally not joking about wanting to maybe go out with Usagi, I just died. Thank you Viz media, thank you so much for that. I am a gigantic Sailor Moon fan, but I was really hesitant to watch the new dub because I am not the biggest fan of Usagi's New voice because it just reminds me of Hinata from Naruto. But the actress is fine, and I'm so happy to see that they didn't screw up sailor Uranis or sailor Neptune. It makes me very happy. So I'm going to go watch the show now.

Goodness gracious, the English 90s voice for Uranus is so emotionless. My exposure to her voice actor was mostly the movies and that was passable to me, but during the series...geez. I think she was a miscast. Aside from having little acting experience in general, she clearly struggled to maintain a deep voice , which interfered with her ability to emote. Deborah Drakeford, who played Fish-Eye, would have made a good Sailor Uranus. She had the opposite problem of being directed to make her voice super shrill when she actually has a deep and mature voice.

The reason why we have someone different for SMC Season 3 because Megumi Ogata, the original VA, wasn't available due to scheduling conflicts with Assassination Classroom (she portrayed Itona Horibe). Annoying, but it happens.

I love Sarah Lafleur's voice because she's got a man's voice as Amara a.k.a Sailor Uranus. The Billie Jean of the Outer Sailor Warrior who's recently gay, but I Iove to play the instrumental verison of #1 song by the late great Michael Jackson back in 1983 to pay tribute to the Billie Jean of the Sailor Warriors with a voice of a man.

Well, I guess Sarah LaFluer was an okay Sailor Uranus, but I think she deserved to work with a much better script amd a far better voice director in another TV series. One with years of actual experience in directing voice actors and can actually speak English!!! Now Erica Mendez, she's alright. But, I think she has improved a lot more in her acting during the English dub of Sailor Moon Crystal season three.
