Sailor Pennrose

I felt that a little animation was in order for this rather plainly inspired pic. Nothing too fancy, just enough to get comfortable animating in flash again.
Art and animation by Tristan Cobb. Music origin should be pretty obvious.
This also goes well with the opening theme to Outlaw Star, and probably many other anime opening themes.
