My personal explanation is, that if you dont actually see the transformation, their sailor magic prevents people from making the obvious connection on visuals alone. I'd like to think that they used a lot of the energy during the fight up to the point where they used Sailor Planet Attack, and then used SPA with what little energy they had left, which pretty much wiped them out completely. Gotta understand, SPA is a last resort attack for a reason, or else they'd be using it in every episode.

Everyone is saying that world shaking is stronger than the planet attack. I don’t think it is. I think sailor Uranus used her attack to Change the direction Of Kaori’s attack, flinging it back on her.

You're right, without mentioning that World Shaking was able to do that because Kaolinite's shield was weakened by Sailor Planet Attack. So it isn't like Sailor Planet Attack is necessarily weaker then World Shaking, it's just that Kaolinite had a shield that protected her, Sailor Planet Attack weakened it and with Kaolinite's shield in that state, she was easier to defeat.

The Sailor Planet Attack was strong enough to bring Kaorinite down and you can tell how weakened she was when she picked herself up again. The World Shaking didn't actually do much on her but it DID reverse her own attack, which the Sailor Planet Attack would've easily done as well. It was just good timing for Uranus, and of course, the writers trying to add more layers to the story. One thing many did not like about the 90's anime is how weak and meaningless they made the inners look against the outers.

In the manga sailor Moon matures throughout all 12 volumes. They're capturing that perfectly in season three. I like in the latest episode she says "boy this is tough with her hand over her eyes" and she is conveying that she is scared but she still doing it that's what made the Sailor Moon in the Manga LIKEABLE Grease season one and season two I don't know what the crap I was watching season three is the remake we've been wanting
