Saint Laurent Flat Cardholder - Wear and Tear Review and Comparison - New vs Old

Hello everyone!
Welcome back! In this video I show you the wear and tear on my Saint Laurent flat cardholder after almost 3 years and constant use. This thing is indestructible! The leather feels like a very sturdy caviar leather and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend it and it makes for a great gift.
It is a bit stiff at first but it loosens up after some use. Great value for the money and it looks fantastic!

The cc tarnished on my Chanel within 3 months and 2 threads came out , too soon for something so expensive I have had stuff that cost £10 last longer x

Oh goodness! If it hasnt been long since it happened you can take it back to the boutique and they can replace or or fix it at no charge.

Wow, it still looks almost new after those years of constant use. I wonder if you've experienced the cards falling out after the leather has softened if I put just one or two cards in any of the slots?

Hi! Not all all. If i only put one card in each slot they stay in securely. I've never had any cards fall out of this cardholder.

Do you find that the leather gets a bit sticky/clamy after a while? Mine does. The grains don't feel as "prominent" and as shiny. That being said, I agree that it holds up super well and still looking gorgeous despite being used so much :)

Hi! not at all. Mine does not have any stickiness to it and still looks super shiny.

Thanks very much for this review. I just wonder, as you are saying it takes time to soften, do you notice that if you don't stuff it as it previously was and you only place one card does the card falls out? I would appreciate you insight on this xxx

hello! not at all. The slots are softer but not floppy so even if I only put one card it does not fall off. Everything is nice and secure.

Hi! I’d like to get this same exact card holder, I love gold hardware, but I’ve heard that silver hardware is a better choice because gold starts tarnishing/chipping over time. What’s your opinion on that? Have you noticed any tarnishing yet?

Zero tarnishing on mine and I've had it for a long time.
