As it pertains to the toy Lou Lou (which I have and like a lot) you could easily swap out the leather strap for a chain strap for a dressier look since the strap is removable. Just wanted to point that out to the folks that may be considering it.

I did exactly that.. swapped my leather strap for a chain. I have the same color combo as Amy’s Medium Loulou mine being the Toy Loulou- it took me a while to find the antique gold chain to match and glad I did. Love the look.

I agree. I think the YSL loulou line is gorgeous and looks better than the Chanel classic. The price point is perfect as well, I mean cheaper is always better, but I don’t think they need to reduce their prices as she said. I think Chanel definitely needs to reduce their prices however 😆... But in terms of the loulou it definitely is a better looking bag that the Chanel jumbo as you said ❤️

I've had my small Loulou for more than 2 years now and I love it. It's very durable, no wear and tear on mine, it fits a lot and so comfy to carry. I hope it becomes a classic of Saint Laurent because it sure does look and feels like a classic bag.

The last one, the biggest in black look best on you. Very classy and expensive. To me it's not a seasonal bag. It's a all time bag. Love to have it but have to wait till I can be able to travel again. Have so many already that I don't know what to do during the shelter in place and working at home. You forgot to mention that the toy strap is designed so it can be worn as a wristlet as well, which I think is a HUGE pro! I Also it has card slots inside so you don’t need to prioritize space for a separate card holder in it 😊 love my toy and feel like it’s a 3 or even 4 in 1 bag because of the strap, as it can be worn as a clutch (or even with a separate chain strap as you said you would prefer), wristlet, shoulder and crossbody! 😍

I love the small loulou. I got one in nude from the last sale from my Theresa. It was $200 off.i can’t wait to use it. I think it’s great crossbody. Similar size to my pochette metis amd it’s not overly puffy if it’s not stuffed to the brim. I love my Chanel jumbo but I live 5is bag also!

I have the toy lou lou and I love it. I can fit my phone, makeup bag and there's a zipper component inside so I don't even need a wallet. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the video is that the toy lou lou strap is removable and you can attach a wristlet strap to make it an evening clutch! That's what the Ysl sales associate showed me and ultimately made me decide on the toy!

I have the loulou toy and the medium loulou puffer and love both. I only wish the ysl logo would be a tad smaller to my taste, but in terms of leather, comfort to carry and price YSL is a winner. I got my toy in black and my puffer in blanc vintage and i enjoy them both and i do have a large bag collection so that says a lot 🤣

It's interesting to me that so many consider the puffer bag to be a more fall/winter bag. To me, at least with the small one I have, it is no different than any other black bag I have. I have toy lou lou in black with silver hardware and i love it! Like Amie, i prefer chain strap so I got the coach “dinky” metal chain strap in silver and it hooks just like the leather strap on the bag. it honestly elevated the bag so much.

The Lou Lou is such a pretty bag.. I have a couple but one of the cons to be mindful is the corners of the flap gets damaged and the leather scratches off very easily. Unfortunately because of this I won’t be adding more to my collection. Also, a big thank you for the Farfetch code! I got myself a Sofia Webster heels I’ve had my eyes on for a long time xx

I have a black toy Loulou and also wished it had some chain on the strap. Because the strap is interchangeable I ended up buying an all chain strap from Coach for $30! The hardware matches perfectly and that allows me to switch between day and night. It might bother some that its all chain, but honestly the bag is so small and never super heavy so it doesn't hurt my shoulder.

Hi Amie Just FYI you can always change to a chain strap on your mini toy loulou bag. I have mine in black color and I also have a chain strap from Coach. It matches perfectly when I carry mine to a dinner date. Try it if you have a chain shoulder strap. I have a question about your toy lou lou bags in those bright colors. Any concerns about color transferring? Any suggestions to prevent it?
