이진상 님 피아노 '소리'를 들었을 때가 작년 김대진교수님과 같이 연주한 슈베르트 four hands 환상곡이었어요. 고1 아들이랑 둘이 동시에 쳐다보고 눈 똥그래졌습니다. 세상에나 처음 듣는 음색이었습니다. 그 이후로 그 어떤 피아니스트의 연주로도 해갈이 안되더라구여. ㅜㅜ 이 영상에서도 유감없이 드러나는 이진상 님만의 독특하고, 순수하고, 섬세하고, 깔끔하고, 절제된 청아함. 놀랍고 아름답습니다. 힘든 일 있었는데, 날마다 이 음악 듣고 위로 받습니다. 그 어떤 어설픈 위로보다 더 큰 힘을 가진 연주네요. 감사합니다. 앞으로도 멋진 연주 계속 부탁드립니다. Outstanding performance of this superb concerto. Not only the soloist, but the conductor and orchestra were very attentive to the myriad georgeous sounds and dynamics that Saint-Saens created in this beautiful work. Thrilling! thank you for posting.

I concur with the other comments - a splendidly shaped and attentive interpretation by all the musicians. I am very pleased to learn that Mr. Lee's plays piano in Beethoven Trio Bonn, which will issue a new set of piano trio recordings for the composer's 250th birth anniversary in 2020.
