15:30 This scene, to me, is where Saints Row set itself apart from GTA. In GTA you probably would have put a heist crew together, get supplies and resources and all that jazz. I think I read somewhere that the code for Sr1 and Sr2 is lost. So if they do it would be a ground up build and I doubt they wanna take the time to do that.

Yknow thinking about it. Carlos’ story line could’ve been more tragic if he wasn’t a lieutenant at the beginning (giving gat one of the gangs instead) and him wanting to prove himself. With him dying due to biting off more than he could chew and getting in deep shit with the brotherhood.
