Total respect Bryan for your honesty on the ‘PSVR v Quest’ topic. I am a life-long PlayStation guy, and from a VR perspective, PSVR (which I bought due to your channel) was my first headset. However, I also bought a Quest 2 to get more variety and I now play that nearly every day. So, when there has been a bit of ‘Anti-Quest’ chat on the channel in the past, that’s been a bit of a difficult watch for me and has left a bit of a sour taste. So, thank you for being more welcoming of Quest these days - it means I can completely enjoy watching the shows again. For the record by the way, I can’t wait for PSVR2 and I’m sure it will be a far superior experience to gaming on Quest!

He has been more balanced, fair and honest with the referencing, and part sarcasm, part countering/just stating facts to counter some prior first instigated negative Q2 fanboys, because in the past is was definitely not all nor most but more so some of the quest overly legit (vs just lighthearted levity) immature fanboys whom started been overly negative/had been tried putting down PSVR, instead of being humble the/a mobile headset of Q2 just couldn’t run larger intensive, and/or fullest feature/detail of games, which just makes sense and should be humble and honor with mobile standalone device in contrast to a more powerful console driven one. Here with peeps of PWP they’ve balance some humbleness and acknowledged/gave props to Q2/standalone impressive mobile tech for the price and what it has with some of the showcases - of which hopefully extents of will be multi-platform sooner or later.

I think Bonelab will be a hub game with multiple tech demos (including Boneworks) strung together with some kind of narrative context Portal-style so that it feels like a proper game. The trailer shows an actual lab with what looks like jumping off points, and mods you download will probably show up in this lab as well. The description to the game's trailer talks about finding out what's going on and what not, so its not just tech demos, there will be a storyline. Also, the PSVR2 haptics would alleviate a lot of the complaints with things like pulling drawers open.

There is a lot of VR games coming out that I’m definitely never gonna look at but it’s great to see the attention the PSVR is getting. One thing that is blowing my mind is the fact that One of the best games to play in VR , Rush of blood Now where the fuck is part 2 part 3 or any of that.? It was the best rail shooter and still is that I’ve gone back to all these years and still do currently as it looks, feels and plays perfectly👍🏻

RE2VR Praydog mod is the best VR mod I've ever played. It's almost like native VR. I have waited to play Village, because I want to experience it for the first time in VR, but that doesn't necessarily mean PSVR. If the mod drops first, then I'll be playing it. Honestly, I'm very much looking forward to playing RE7 with motion controls.

Cities VR was a Quest exclusive, there were a few. Problem is most of their bigger ones are more than a year away and they're making this an annual showcase for what's coming up within the year, they're bigger announcements tend to come from the Connect shows as one-off isolated announcements not really part of a gaming showcase.

Hopefully they can get the tone right of that Ghostbusters game. I feel the franchise is at its best when horror is the focus with comedy sprinkled in as opposed to a comedy with horror sprinkled in.

If they're not coming to PSVR than they're definitely coming to PSVR2. I see it more as a good sign of the games not being held back if they're skipping PSVR. Meta's kinda too big to skip.

There’s nothing wrong with pointing out facts that the quest 2 headset has lesser capability and extent of game versions which have some compromises and omittance of some of them ie AtF (flahslight), Sairento (significant part/portion of full game), and S&S full extent of physics and details etc. which make sense for a Q2 standalone level but still relatively sufficient enough for using the Q2 mobile AIO. And not all but some of the quest overly immature fanboys had started it first and overly negatively criticized/put down PSVR so fair to reasonably counter and stand ground of PSVR pros and Q2 cons. Regardless honor each own innocent filtered able extent own or not, humble about the of limitation/capacities to work with.
