I quit cigarette.4years smoke like a chain smokker stopped suddenly not took 100day.feb 12 2021smoked as usually 1½packet cigratte on the midnight of that day i stoped not touch cigarette after that midnight,balace 4cigarette in the packet i put in closet and flushed. For stop smokking not required 100day all about our mindset
