In the webcomic Garou's power and speed increase with each transformation, but he slowly loose his mind, Saitama pointed this out "can't even give a proper reply huh", when Saitama said "You're weaker than before" he was referring to Garou reliant on the raw stats he gain from his transformation instead of his martial arts, the thing that allowed him to predict and counter Saitama, impressing him in the first place.

In terms of Garou surviving the punch: We must remember, Chin kid basically told Saitama not to kill Garou. Thus, Saitama is undoubtedly holding back his punches. It’s still an impressive feat to shrug off Saitama’s punch, but we should still keep in mind Saitama isn’t trying to kill the guy. If he were a monster for real, Saitama probably wouldn’t be playing around all too much and would have ended the fight by now due to boredom.

In regards to the punch, I think context has to be added, especially comparing it with boros. Saitama was excited with boros. He saw a potential challenger. With garou, he was already asked to save him from himself. As of now, he hasn't matched boros in speed or feat. I do believe though that Saitama will at some point get that surprised looked he had fighting boros though.

I have this idea of how they will visualize Group accepting God's power. Once he's fully beaten by Saitama his mind will flash to when he was a child and was pretending to be monster. One of the kids that beat him up will walk toward Garou and ask him if he's going to let the heroes win again. The kids skin will slowly morph to God's skin and he'll hold out his hand telling him "Let me help you back up" Garou will take his hand and when he does the scene will shift back to the fight and Garou will be in his final Monster/God form.

The guy obliterated the top of his ship with one punch , which is the size of a city, sent Saitama to the moon with a knee( the knee was so damn powerful, it even made a crater on the moon) . To me, tableflip was the first surprise moment and his wings was the second while I'm reading the webcomic. That's what I was expecting to see in the manga too, but so far it's been two chapters and we still don't have any sign for tableflip... yet, we're already get to the point where he grows his wings like it's no big deal for him to keep mutating I kinda hate it for the fast pace but knowing how Murata work, I think we're gonna get a bunch of unexpected surprises in the next chapters. I think currently Saitama is playing around because Tareo asked him not to kill him. The fight will drag on long enough for garou to power up and force Saitama to use actual power

Everyone misunderstood the "He's unaffected even after that" Garou was the one saying that, you can literally see the arrow pointing at Garou and I think he means that after all of he's attack are still unaffected to saitama. Before he says that, he was attacking Saitama consecutively so yeah, he was talking about saitama not to himself.

Im so glad that they made garou more stronger than weaker because ever since I read the webcomic and seeing garou get massive I'm like logically he must have got stronger but NO he got weaker?!?! He didn't get weaker, he just lost his martial arts which is the thing help him caught up with Saitama, that why Saitama said he getting "weaker", it's not literally mean he weaker in strength, he definately far stronger but his strike was less more effective against Saitama, and competitive with Saitama in strength would be an instant L for anyone

Besides that you can argue that webcomic Garou also "stopped" using martial arts tecniques, but idk, maybe he did but against Saitama it doesn't really matter if you can or cant use martial arts. Like he said, its just a way to move all cool like.

@@joaquincortescasas8114 when he using martial arts, he can dodge and counter Saitama punch because he can read Saitama move before it happen so no, it isn't just a cool move, in a normal case, Garou would win his opponent by counter them with Martial arts, however, with Saitama, he can only keep up a bit before eventually lose but that still an impressive thing at least

I think in terms of physical prowess garou is already on par with boros, or at least very close to him. Boros was planet buster level by releasing all of his internal energy, but his actual greatest physical feat was sending saitama flying to the moon in a matter of seconds

I think it should be "Is that a person, a devil, or a god?" The image formed by garou also shows that it looks evilish but it is just a man referring to Garou's personality or what he is trying to achieve. (How did Murata came up with that idea? It's not just his talent in drawing, we can clearly see his thoughts, effort, and heart in giving us each of this chapters. I think that garous power is constantly evolving as well as using his opponents feelings or strength to amplify his own as we've seen with metal betal in previous chapters so maybe he will be able to use something similar to serious punch eventually on Saitama called like serious evil punch or something to which Saitama might sustain damage and finally fight serious to stop him

For me, Garou's transformations have caused by frustrations and him not thinking clearly. What if he realises that he would have to evolve to be the "perfect counter" to Saitama, and that's his awakened form.
