Gear4th gain him super-speed/defend/strength but even that Saitama still outplay him if he goes Serious mode. -Thirdly, yes he could beat Saitama with Conqueror Haki, but we don't know yet if Saitama would fall is Luffy use it, Saitama has strong mind too?
