This whole fight show how flashy flash move at the speed that imposible to see, but still left a trail of his movements. While saitama at the start of the fight just move super fast it looks like a teleports, without even left a single trail of his movements and suddenly he is in front of you. saitama still being nice for he stopped in front of flashy flash.

It is just an assumption, but I think Blast went underground Just after when Saitama start being hero, and that's when he realized Saitama would be more than enough to handle threats that needed Blast. So he decided to throw everything on Saitama's shoulder and went for the special mission.

Before you mention Garou, he doesn’t count as he was never, physically speaking, a monster as he refused to give up his humanity, which is the main prerequisite to become one, so he was able to break many of his limiters before being defeated by Saitama.

You forgot King... Flashy Flash is the 4th strongest. Just give king a metal knight robot and he'd defeat anyone but blast and Tatsumaki with his king-style of combat. Just you wait... all this talk about martial arts and training isn't going completely over Saitama's head. when his back is up against the wall fighting God and that exhilaration of a real fight awakens Saitama's emotions... he will 'move the way the old dude did' and use Soda Water splashing fist style to throw God's attacks back at him before copying Forelocks in the face flashy kick, none of it will do any good though... for against God...
