They learn of his true power but they don’t believe it. But I like the fact that barely anyone knows his true power. That’s what make him so unique. Everyone knows S classes are very powerful. But it makes the story more intriguing that among all the S class heroes, there’s an obscure A class hero that is the most powerful among them all and no one knows about it. I think this is why One had the time travel in the last arc. To make sure that saitama stays under the radar but he purposely left some clues and hints about saitama.

It makes sense, the core is basically solid proof that Saitama saved the world and the fact that time travel is possible. You don't want to potentially damage something that valuable and important by using it.

Yeah, he could be more powerful if he used the extra core to double his energy output, but he would still be risking the core itself He could probably back up the contents of the core somewhere to use it but then again, Dr. Kuseno *probably* has multiple cores in his inventory. Also, even if Genos only has those 2 cores (the one he's using and the one with the memories of the alternate timeline), Genos still wouldn't risk using both cores and would rather just have the other one as a backup. In terms of doubling his energy output, either an improved core or better parts would probably do the job (Also, in my opinion, the evidence of Saitama's deeds would lose credibility in some way if he didn't use the core as actual physical evidence.)

But if he was able to show the contents of the core, that could prove that what he's saying is true. Also yeah, Saitama can't travel back in time willingly and only God knows how to do it but that doesn't take away the fact that he went back in time to save everyone and fought a godly Garou with nothing but his bare hands and pure, unrivaled strength. Dr. Bofoi might have technology that can look into the core so, but we'll have to see in the future. But yeah, Genos is definitely not using that core anytime soon. Until he backs it up in Dr. Kuseno's lab, then he might.

For example, when Saitama punchea himself due to one of Blasts mirage portals, he experienced his own power upon himself, and while it gave Saitama dizzy spells (which by the way is the only time he's shown to be hurt) this only increased his no limit in becoming even stranger.

I would argue that saitama has no such thing as 'full power'. When his so called limiter broke, that is literally what the author meant. He can increase his power level infinitely without limit. Essentially the ultimate plot armor
