They changed the focus of the arc back onto Saitama as now blast is aware of his strength and will likely inform him on secret information and invite him on extremely dangerous missions or even spar with him like genos. Also I think the writing got screwed up somewhere along the way and they forgot to write out a proper story line for Saitama to come into the blast and void fight.

It's because One and Murata decided to go back to "Chapter 195 to the current chapter" to Redraw them all! In my opinion, I'm glad they made this decision with all the very short Chapters and writing that was very slow pacing.
