For what it's worth, Empty Void's plan does seem in line with his character. - Manipulating people rather than working with them - Considering his own life disposable if it helps his plans - Trying to steal someone else's power for his goals The plan is definitely bad, but it feels intentionally bad. Or maybe I'm just reading too much into it and it was just haphazardly thrown together to create the chapter on time.

So, I personally don’t have an issue with Redraws (it’s what led to Cosmic Garou and the redraws often have much better Art) but it does leave me wanting to get back to the Status Quo that was the Tornado vs Saitama fight, witch from what I remember, was not redrawn at all, was beautiful, and after the events of Cosmic Garou and the whole Monster Association Arc, felt like a breath of Fresh Air.

A real bad plan, but never give up on his ninja way, the one who says it somewhat has pull the plan to a win so it's a guess at this point, like I have a way to somewhat make this plan better, find his weaknesses, and find a way to sever your ties to him, Garou already shows that you can regain some control back and act before the being named god takes his power back, thus make a way to lose your connection to him even if for a second and thus be able to supply your powers to someone else and be able to stand alone from the being and then he or she could amass more people like him, it will take time like years, decades or centuries.

This is just how one punch man is. Professionally it's the worst "running" manga that I know of. When I started reading this, they were monthly or so and only 10-13 pages each. This is easily less than half of what was/is the norm. But I don't cry and winge over it because I also have not spent 1 cent on this. Like most entertainment you can get it easily for free. If artists and creators were smart they should get their money up front because only stupid people pay middle management like local distributors. Regional licences are stuff like that mean nothing to the internet. Streaming horrible quality also so why would I pay for that. The internet will provide with the generosity of some people.
