​@@Satsaruhow is he unskilled, so you're telling me saitama with hair wasn't skilled?, He was only able to beat the crab monster with skill same with all he's other battles before he became so broken, the fight with cosmic garou showed saitama is a combat genius , even better than cosmic garou, who is a god in combat and skills, he was able to replicate almost all of cosmic garou's fighting style, like when he mimicked portal movement all over io with pure strength and speed, he also replicated same karate chop used on him previously by monster garou The problem is the point of the entire series "he's bored" or more accurately he can't feel emotions, not completely tho, cause just like the case of genos death, when he starts growing exponentially, he's emotions dies again, that's why at the end of the garou fight he wasn't mad at cosmic garou again(cause he out grew those emotions)

Saitama didn't go all out. He went for the kill once and the energy was enough to destroy the planet. Blast redirected the energy with the help of others that work with him and that energy destroyed countless stars in the distance. What do you think would have happened if the energy wasn't redirected? That just the Earth would be destroyed? What about the solar system or galaxy? You lowball it if you think it's just the planet. Another thing, Goku and Vegeta can't tank a planet exploding or survive in space. They wouldn't even be able to fight Cosmic Garou because his aura emits the radiation of the cosmos. Which got everyone sick and killed in minutes of exposure. Goku vs Frost shows he has no immunity to such things. Freeza vs Vegeta blue shows Vegeta can't survive the planet exploding and Freeza can. Freeza is much more durable than anyone in the series and survived against Broly super Saiyan for 90 minutes. Lastly, Saitama held back against Garou. He fought one handed and with the intent to hurt him, not kill him. So no, be doesn't go berserker. ​@@evilTae
