Saitama has at least unconcious form of reality warping ability and plot manipulation. He can do whatever he wants. He can pickup dimension hole like it was a piece of paper. He can rewind time just by his physical move. He can deny law of physics, magic, mind control, psychic power and also science. So, anything that is "unkillable" in the lore, He could rewrite or ignore the lore and kill it. He killed something that was considered "immuned to physical attack" or "intangible" before. That's it.
