That first kick to saitama's head should have hyperextended his knee and broken his leg. That uppercut from saitama should have ripped his head off, only his head should be sent flying to space or disintegrated, blood splattered. One punch man power levels is totally way above The power levels of baki. One punch man has super powers near goku/superman/incredible hulk levels. In baki, they're just really strong exaggerated humans but near human level. Like really strong through years of martial arts training but no mysterious source of superhuman strenght like being an alien, mutant, or gamma ray accidents.

We’ve seen this whenever he’s accidentally tagged Genos, and I think there’s some stuff in the webcomic where he hits a human and they don’t die. When he begins to not hold back, we get things like him destroying Jupiter with a sneeze, and turning Europa, one of Jupiter's largest moons, into a miniature asteroid field by serious table flipping the moon.
