Did you modify the main landing gear attachment to the fuselage? I have this plane and haven’t built it yet but I’ve read that the attachment to the fuselage could lend the gear to ripping out unless you score a perfect landing every time. What are your thoughts?

Following the first somewhat brutal landing (see the video on my site), the fixing of the landing gear did indeed suffer. So I actually modify the entire landing gear attachment while trying to distribute the stresses better. This is the reason why the wheel pants are not yet fitted.

@@kmarshall100 Unfortunately I did not take pictures of this modification. But I opened the bottom, reinforced the support and above all changed the position of the screws - 3 screws per leg, not centered

Did you have to modify the cowl to fit that engine?
