I learned a lot from watching so thank you for submitting your drawing! If you hadn’t then I wouldn’t have gotten more knowledge. I hope your art journey is going well!
The way he just effortlessly draws those butterflies is seriously impressive

*Indeed*

But if you observe a little, the butterflies are just simple plane geometric forms. So you can actually paint it without much effort. The effort, indeed, is to develop a good sense of basic geometry.

Excuse me, may i ask something? I really want my illustration to be corrected by naoki-sensei too here, but i don't know how to send it (i mean, the illustration that I want to be corrected by naoki-sensei). So, can anyone tell me please?

@@louxie6367 I see. Now, both of us need to wait patiently for someone else who actually know to answer the question then :3 XD

I'm sorry to hear your channel got deleted, sensei. I was one of your subscriber too in your main channel. I will support you in this new channel. Good luck, Sensei!! Thank you for teaching us all this time 😢

wait what happened?? how could it be deleted that easy? did he get banned or smth??

@@mocchilla yeah, he got banned for some dumb reason.

@@mocchilla I actually don't know the details since I can't read Japanese, but I know from Joey's video (the anime man guy), he said that sensei's main channel suddenly got deleted by KZbin without any notification or warnings whatsoever. One morning sensei woke up from his goodnight sleep and suddenly his KZbin channel just -poof- gone. It was heart breaking and sensei didn't deserved to be treated like this 😭 Let's spread awareness to our friends so we all can support sensei's 2nd channel, Lia. 😭

It sucks so bad... His old channel was a goldmine of art resources, and subbed in so many languages. Anyone know if he has any chance of getting it back?

@@Katthecateringcat hes getting fast support anyway so there is no need to be sad. he got a huge fan base
I'm not a pro and were just totally diving into these kinds of art like a month ago, but one tips from me and it's "don't fear to use a lot of bright color as part of light and shading" You can see that sensei were using a lot of bright green color on the hair light part than the original illustration did

There were a lot of other creators’ tutorials I watched that just weren’t working for me, but then I stumbled across this channel and I feel like my eyes have been opened. Everything just makes complete sense now! I really enjoy the step-by-step processes used in this video, as well as how often the before and after images are compared I love how it isn’t just a whole other new drawing or a whole other new style; I like how it’s essentially just some “tweaks” to the original design that helped it to stand out more and convey the original intention of the og creator. Time to apply those tips to my own art! Thank you for being so awesome, sensei!!
This is such a gorgeous correction!! Definitely one of my favourites. I feel like I've learned so much just by watching this. Naoki-sensei is a magician!! 💚 Hope you get your old channel back by the way, it's such a shame that it's gone 😭😭

Как всегда потрясающе! Очень интересно и полезно смотреть на то, как исправляют чужие работы, ведь можно увидеть в чужих ошибках свои. Спасибо за урок~

This is really helpful as I recently discovered this is something I seriously struggle with as an artist. Your tips are super helpful and I can’t wait to try them out.
