Saurabh, I like your style of questioning and listening which makes your interviews so endearing. I loved Raghu Rai's interview, the most organic conversation I've ever listened to. In Saiyyami's interview though, there was lack of saiyyam. She mentioned about Girish Oak and you jumped to Girish Kulkarni, you didn't let her finish and speak when she was narrating how good an actor Girish Oak is. The line of questioning around how people expected Saiyyami to carry herself was a bit unnecessary and of a lower standard compared to your usual high standards. Also, constantly interrupting by asking your team a question or interrupting when they were asking questions - you don't need to do that. You need to choose if you are an interviewer (in which case you need to listen) or the editor (in which case just don't allow anyone to ask questions). The cornerstone of your interviews is that they are spaced out and not rushed. This one wasn't like that. I'm not a troll, and I hope you see the effort I've taken to offer pointed feedback. I look forward to many more grounded and spaced out interviews. All the best.
