so ive been playing this deck all day, and it is great. i made some adjustments that have helped me alot. added hades (uninable 4 cost), added 4 cost goof, added the 3 cost sisu with 4 health and added teeth and ambitions. thinking of adding the big sisu as well, but i dont have those in ink yet, so trying to stay away from that, but it would probably be great

That's awesome, man! Glad to hear you made some successful edits. Hades and Snow White are both able to do the same thing, with Hades being easier to use for sure.

does great against meta, going second (i went second all my 15 games today), doesnt really matter. but if u draw alot fof high cost cards, u kinda brick-- depending what u are going against

I’ll be taking this to league. Typically a handful of players are running the meta lists of whatever is popular at the time. That being said, they’re really good players. So it’ll be a good time to test.

I love the idea of the deck. how do we beat evasives? what if emerald opponents start teching vision slab which floodgates us out of any healing?

Vision Slab will beat your healing and draw engines unfortunately. It is a very strong card against you. You can easily beast Evasives with the Ruby removal. Brawl, Be Prep with Ariel, Madam Medusa, or just race them.

@@QuantumMercury seems fine, maybe i have to tech 2 fishhook to beat heavy evasives builds, I am unsure. at my locals, theres lots of evasive diablos, pegasus, flynns etc.

In my experience so far it can fare well against green steel but if they manage to hit their evasive threats the matchup becomes miserable. Debating either trying to find room for 5 drop evasive goofy or fishhooks.

I do love ariel3 to search songs, obviously you need at least 18ish songs in the list to justify playing her. do you think an ariel3 variant of this deck is good or is it just making the 3 ink slot more clogged up and adding low quality songs?

You would need to radically change the deck to use Ariel Spectacular Singer. You need like 15+ songs to make playing her worth it, and a good number of 5 or lower cost songs to actually use with her.

@QuantumMercury in the mufasa version I thought it was a really good form of card draw since you can activate its ability on play and get a character 100%. I think card draw is the key to consistency and pongo can provide it! I think it's very overlooked

I played a similar list today at locals, went 1-1 every single round. vs bucky, blue steel, green steel, red blue. I have to say I didnt like the low consistency and the power level of the deck felt much lower than blue steel especially. snow white6 completely underperformed. medusa, zeus, uninkable, 6 ink do nothing, get killed. gaston felt worse than doc. I would have won 2 games if he was doc and not gaston. that 4 lore difference is a huge deal if you quest twice with doc and the extra 1 ink of gaston only came up 1/3 of the time for me. would definitely run more tremaines. feels like amber ruby got so many new tools but the power level is just way lower than blue steel, red blue, green steel, ... in set 4

I only run Gaston, and if you're using Snow White you want to shift her. If your Meta is high on removal you can use Hades instead.
