it's been 10 days of me working on myself an all different areas of my life, I've made some mistakes (eating out, junk food and stuff) but overall I'm doing great. I've been going to the gym consistently, learnign how to cook, making new friends and meeting people, working on my personal style, skincare etc... I've never been this happy, didn't have any panic attacks or depressive episodes, I'm happy to wake up everyday and live life.

So happy I came across this video. Woke up this morning with a heavy heart, dealing with a lot in my personal life. I am trying to stay optimistic & see the light at the end of the tunnel.
