Yo man. Do you use motion blur by any chance to smoothen out your videos? I have had this issue one month ago where I'd record with OBS on 120 fps only to be smacked with the feeling of others' videos being smoother than mine.

no i dont use anything on my videos, i just use a fade in effect at the beginning. idk maybe you export it wrong or something

@@Mishimpoo Yeah maybe I export from the wrong source. I did cut videos with Clipchamp and I guess the default is 60 fps despite Obs' 120 fps. I used movavi for my latest video to edit stuff but I dislike how it's less than a minute worth of video editing for free. I guess I should google if OBS has a trimming option.

@@OsuAndChess Most editing software caps at 60 FPS, you'll have to smartly start your video between as a clip

@@Rose_Emp (Deleted the comment because I forgot the context and made myself look stupid.) I use a program called VideoProc Vlogger which saves my videos at 120 fps, completely free and very easy to use. It also saves videos at 2k and 4k resolutions. Everything permanent. I also use it just to cut the beginning part where in the recording it's visible I turn OBS, the end when I reach to OBS again to end the recording, slap some fade in and fade out for both video and audio and enjoy the creation.
