Oh I forgot to mention I bought this XS Max in March of 2023 brand new for 180$ on eBay. Not a scratch ding kn ick or anything. Gold 256GB storage works perfectly and easily gets a day or so on battery. Apple all day errrr day. I don't care about 900 little extra customizations.

Been a lifelong iPhone user. Switched to Samsung S8 plus when it first came out. It’s been OK but I just ordered the XS Max. Making the switch. I will miss the back button and the capability to add a memory card on the Samsung though.

I upgraded from the 7 Plus and while it's nice I'm kind of wishing I waited for the XR. From my understanding it has the same LCD screen as previous iPhones that I was happy with and doesn't have the 2x camera but that's the only difference. So far I'm just not that excited about the OLED but perhaps that will change with time. It's not that I dislike it but rather meh it's a little better but I don't know if it was worth the extra $400 I spent over the 128 GB XR. Oh well too late now to change it 😂😂😂

The power of shortcuts here was very underplayed. There are some crazy simple shortcuts that bring productivity and usefulness to the iPhone. Out of curiosity, are you familiar with the Shortcuts app? You seemed to go only to the settings apps that doesn’t not show all the actions within the app itself. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♂️

when you were in face ID you forgot to tell people to enable "erase data after 10 failed pass code attempts". This is a really important feature if someone finds or steals your phone.

Apple makes a great note taking app with handwriting capability, also a great screen capture function with the ability to annotate on the screenshot, but surprise, doesn’t give you a stylus in order to actually do these things properly. That’s one of the reasons why I got the Note 9. My iPad Pro on the other hand is great. I can use a stylus with it! I don’t get iPhones anymore.

So, I've tried the iPhone Xs. I've sold the Note. I bought the Xs. I guess I was wrong the whole time. No contest. The whole swipe and gestures iOS concept make this phone an amazing experience.
