Brandon Butch One point for you. If you have attention awareness switched on then your phone will not lock whilst you’re looking at it. This is the same for the X, XS and XS Max. So setting a 30 sec lock or 5 min lock doesn’t matter. You can find this in Settings - FaceID and Passcode or in Settings - General - Accessibility - FaceID and Attention.

if you keep closing and opening the apps they can drain your battery. IOS has its own system where it can shut down apps in the background that aren't being used. You can also go into settings and turn off backround app refresh to save battery.

I figured that volume+, volume-, then sleep/wake brings up the normal power down screen. Holding volume+ and the sleep/wake enters a lockdown emergency mode considering it locks the phone and disables FaceID, and bring up the medical and emergency sliders. Holding down volume+ and the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black is what I consider a force reboot.

I wouldn’t recommend apple way of fast charging but instead any old ipad brick or any other 2.1-2.4 amp charger like anker’s which costed me $10 and had 2 usb ports and basically it charges almost as fast from 0 to 50% (about 40% in 30 minutes) as apple over priced junk but for only $10 and no new cables required. Other manufacturers also sell the “pd” labeled chargers which can provide apple speeds for less as well.

Also the Face id sometimes doesn't work and it can be frustrating at times. In my opinion competing android phones like the s9, pocophone f1 and the razerphone is a better grab for the cash

Great video. Some computers have USB-C ports that use the old cable connectors so you could fast charge with those without needing new cable. Personally I don’t use screen protectors, the glass is good enough now they’re not needed, unless you’re doing stupid things like throwing it in a purse with open nail files or in a pocket with your keys.

I don't know how much control you uploaders have over in-video ads or if that's all in KZbin's hands, but trying to watch your video was just impossible. It's just 12 minutes long, yet I was interrupted by in-video ads 4 (!) times. Three of those times were double ads back to back (of a total of almost 2 minutes every time). This is just insane. Unfortunately I was not able to finish watching your video, due to my almost throwing my laptop on the floor in sheer frustration. They're so abrupt, and by the time they were over, I forgot what you were even talking about. It's a shame.
