Sakura Cherry Blossom Chiffon Cake
18cm Chiffon cake pan
Ingredients:
Pickled Sakura Flowers
3 egg yolks
15 grams granulated sugar
40 ml vegetable oil
15 ml water
5 grams sakura petals
80 grams cake flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
40 grams sakura syrup
1~2 drops red/pink food coloring
a pinch of salt
4 egg whites
40 grams granulated sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
200 ml heavy whipping cream
1&1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
140℃ Gas oven / 160℃ Electric oven
Baking time: 40~45 minutes
