I tend to avoid foreign videos that mention the Philippines in any way, shape or form (or at least, their comment sections) because there's an inevirable flood of Pinoy 'Noise' in the comment section. Hence, peenoise. I think it originated from the constant noise they usually bring with them on online games, though.
