my wrists would get fucked up sometimes. i'm not sure what positioning did it but it used to happen more often. now i rest my elbows on my desk and have my mouse nearly pushed up to the wall; my mouse or my hand bump into the wall sometimes, making it a bit hard to move the mouse up, but my wrists have not been hurt yet since. i do have to wonder if maybe some form of cushioned mouse pad would have solved most of that, but i suppose i didn't need it seeing as i have solved the problem without one.
