for everybody, looking for that mould.I had and idea and I've found it??? You've to be creative, buy a piece of PVC corrugated sheet (for roofs) and cut a piece from it you need. It's flexible, easily to roll it up. Doesn't have to be from metal. AND IT WORKS! same size (the waves are 1cm high). I've bought 60cm x 150 cm and I've cut 6 pieces for da sakura cake from it. In Holland €3 for whole piece. (Hornbach, Praxis, Gamma in Holland. In your countries it will be almost the same, construction shop)

I believe that's parchment paper not waxed paper. Wax paper isn't good to use for baking.

Hi, Actually cream of tarter as know as pottasium bi tartrate, instead of that we can use, lemon juice, whitevinegar, yogurt, buttermilk, and baking powder. Thanks
