It’s on the menu Natasha. Looks delicious. I’ve learned so much from you. My mum wasn’t much of a cook. She raised six kids. I mean we ate, but her motivations just weren’t the same as mine. I’ve learned the value of preparing salads with citrus. It’s an excellent change up from those heavy bottled dressings. You’re awesome.

I just made this and it is SO GOOD!! The corn adds the perfect amount of sweetness, it is hearty and healthy, and the sauce is simple but satisfying. I made it for lunch tomorrow but couldn’t stop eating it today!

I made this for my wife again for dinner tonight. "Yum" This is a wonderful Chicken Salad Recipe. The only thing my wife does not care for is the dressing. She makes her own. She mixes 3/4 cup of Olive Oil, 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp of Honey, 1 Lime Juice, 1 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp of Oregano. I very much enjoy you and your recipes.
