I understand the club not wanting to give another long contract, especially at high wages. But he still has 2 more years at the top level at least. No idea why they're nickel and diming. Sign him on and even if he wants to leave or we decide to sell, we'll get more from Saudi. They must be so worried he signs and will not want to leave. But he plays all the time and is still having a great output.
