I forgot. Point number 6 is really important guys. I had the experience of joining a company only for the international experience and I didn't grow. Mam, this is a really very useful video for Indian employees because we never dare to ask these questions, and sometimes get scared to ask these for fear of losing the opportunity. But I also have a doubt that what is the right time/situation to ask about these negotiation points. I mean during the 1st/2nd... last round of interviews or while negotiating the CTC etc. Please clear the doubt.

So, I received an offer letter from a company a day ago, and as they stated, the salary during the probation period would be less than the actual salary, but they are not disclosing their package as well. I spoke with the recruiting firm, but they told me not to discuss these issues with the company during the probationary period. Even though I'm a fresher in this industry, I am confident that I can perform my roles and responsibilities flawlessly. Please assist!
