I don't think its correct as one HR from kathmandu asked me to look for IT Engineers and they were willing to pay 65-70K per month and that too 7 years ago. So either you missed the companies who pays more or its incorrect.

For your first qsn - yes, you can apply for web developing and designing, for that you need to have good knowledge of web development plus any project that you have done would be much helpful. For Your second qsn - What courses can we choose in master mainly depends on where you are planning to study masters. Depending on the country or the university it might vary a little. So, for that you should do a clear research

Bleachers degree is sufficient. Weather you do BCA, BSCIT, BSc.Cs, BTECH all will help you equally. What matters is your knowledge and experience. If you are a fresher then you should focus on learning latest skills,.if possible then get certified on a Framework like PHP or .Net, Oracle. Initially do not look for salary, if you get opportunity for internship then go for it and once you get experience you will start earning good salary.

You can persue Networking job by learning skills first. Any Gaduate can go for this. But it's better you do Comptitia N+ or CCNA. CCNA is the best certification for this field. Once you get knowledge then you will get good opportunity. For job in IT you need two things either certification on the technology or experience.
