I have 3 years of exp. in React & Java. I have got an offer from TCS, but the hike they are offering is not that good. I have a notice period of 3 months, because of which no other company is ready for that, everyone wants immediate joiners. So I am thinking to resign on the basis of TCS offer. Is it a good time to switch? I have January, february and March.
