I would like to know something else: Why there are such big discrepancies in pay per hour, among workers who: 1 Work for the same type of industry 2 Perform the same tasks 3 Their factories are in the same town This is simply mind boggling, how one person can earn 9.50 per hour, and the other is on 12.50 per hour.??!! What the unions do about that? Do they even still exist? I work for a textile company, and I am performing tasks, that should be worth at least 13 pounds per hour. I am however on a national minimum wage. This is absolutely crazy. Apparently there is a textile workers union, but all I can see, is them sitting on their bum, and doing nothing.

Don’t think there is anyway.. other than gift aids for donations ,pension is tax free so if you want to save in tax, put maximum in pension pot.. Even I would like to know if there is any other way to save on tax.. I also got a new house but couldn’t find anything where we can get tax rebate like in India..

Thanks for watching. In regards to the job, it may take some time depending on your experience and how you design your CV. In terms of settlement, you will need to spend 5 years in the UK on the same visa type, after 5 years you can apply for Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR).
