No, not forbidden! It is taboo, but our mission is to change that and normalize these conversations. By talking about pay, we reclaim our power in work and at the negotiating table - if we don’t talk about pay, how will any of us know what we should be making, and if it’s fair? Transparency helps close pay gaps and ensures everyone is paid fairly! Secrecy, however, allows companies to take advantage of us. Not anymore 💚
