[SALBOX BOXING] CUBAN BOXING CAMP | SUMMER 22

Hi guys this video shows the first day of our Summer 2022 Cuban Boxing camp. The camp was based in Havana, Cuba and involved many experienced and elite coaches and various training locations.
During the Cuban Boxing camp, we also acquired the assistance of many boxers that were champions at the Olympic, Panamerican and National level.
In addition to this, we trained our travelling boxers alongside the Cuban Youth National team and organised many excursions that allowed everyone to enjoy the fantastic Cuban culture.

U know Canelo did send alot of equipment to Cuba. Got to give him that I'm from Melena Del Sur. My family lives close to the Havana gym but not super close. Great job coach nice I appreciate it

Coach this is gold. Can see your vid instructions in a training environment. Could you audio some of the things a coach would say in a team or individual talk along with a format of the programs for week or toward a comp. Thanks.

I would LOVE to attend this, but I have just started and feel like I would benefit in a bit more experience at the boxing club I've joined. I have self confidence issues so would keep comparing myself to the other people on the training camp 🙄 need to work on my self esteem then ill book

Absolute commercial business liked it at first although from my knowledge and experience this coach does not know a lot but good for fresh starters and good idea for income.

I don't even know if the coach is the one not knowing a lot... I think it rather are the students across the whole of europe that are either, not that talented or too stiff in general and unatlethic to box in a fluid manner wich makes them look as if they are not that good boxers, but I think the coach is doing a great job and if he makes money of it that is also a great thing he does not need to do anything for free..

@@tatumergo3931 hahah might be. I think you either a person who is loose or stiff from birth and off course you can develop that, but it does not mean you are a good boxer or a bad one it just means you might not be able to pull off a certain style.

Which coach does not know a lot? It is good for fresh starters and all other levels - national champions have attended and improved their technique significantly.

@@Charlessalbox thats from what I can see all the aspects regarding punches all the details there are no details not going to mention even about wobbly improperly hold guard wrong fists angels neglected shifting. One question explain why you twist entire foot and getting your knee that far turned?
