Sumit Singh. Registry means that you have to get your sale deed registered. Technically sale deed or registry are same and that's the final ownership document. Hope, you've subscribed. Some great content is lined up :)

Nice explained sir.....but if seller is having a loan on property then what is the process in that case? What is the role of banks if buyer is taking a loan?

Thank you, if the seller is having a loan on the property then the seller first needs to obtain a letter from the bank with which the property is mortgaged, stating that the bank agrees to relinquish the property documents after the full and final payment of the loan.

Under Section 54, you can invest the LTCG made from sale of an immovable property, in a residential property.... Aap nationalized bank me jake pta kijiye Capital Gain almost sabhi jagah open ho jata hai.....
