The site to store and Omni channel is the key this holiday. Sales will increase by 10-12%. Margins will be challenged though. Our tiny online business is up month over month from last year. Our fourth quarter last year ran up until the end of March after Christmas.

WARNING WARNING. Be very very sure that you want this Salesforce software. You will be signing a 3 year contract. And there is no way out, even if you stop using the product. SalesForce are ruthless operators & they will pursue you relentlessly. The implementation costs after they have got your signature are very expensive.
