Thanks for an AMAZING trip..I was the nurse there until it closed. On the last day thy allowed us into the cellars..it was heartbreaking all the records rotting down there and we did report it but no-one was interested ...it seems some have gone ( old court ledger books from the 1800s) but a lot remains. Check out the book ' the gangs of manchester' ...a lot of the research was done using the old records and tells the story of the scuttler gangs who frequented the mags. The cells in the basement BTW were the original cells from victorian times..

Great footage Clarky. I used to work in the New Oxford pub just across Bexley Square, and there is a bricked-up archway in the cellar pointing in the direction of the town hall. Two old chaps in the pub one night told me the tunnel was there to transport dead bodies from the town hall, to be stored in the cold pub cellar over night. Didn't enjoy going into the cellar by myself after that!

that was one amazing explore and all the windows below did once open up on to the street, to get to see the window still in place is amazing as they are usually bricked up. the building is 100% part of the mud flood event and i would think all the surrounding buildings over 100yo will be the same, it is worth researching mud flood like someone has already commented as a lot of the buildings you explore have been part of this event.

They just build on the foundations of older buildings the town hall is probly red brick with cemented over or plaster to make it look Greece or roman type. Dude you get in some absolutely amazing places hats off to you on that 👍 But your filming is absolutely terrible 90% of your footage is just a speedy blur when you enter a room slow yourself down x 20 when you move the camera around and when you see an amazing feature which you come across loads in your films stop and film it don't whiz by with the camera leaving a blurry mess for the viewers it's spoiling most of your videos and you get in some brilliant places and you are really good at editing your videos sound effects old photos research outstanding brilliant it's just your footage slow down and take the time to stop and soak up film The amazing features you come across don't whiz buy or around a room with your camera it just makes really bad unfocused blurry footage I hope this will be taken as constructive criticism sorry had to say something it's the only one gripe I have with your videos other than that they're brilliant 👌
