Oh man, this is probably my favorite In the Bathroom. Morag seems so knowledgable, wise, and just straight-up cool. Thank you Sali!

I love that she's endlessly fascinated by brows! I'm much the same way - they're always the first things I notice on a person.

I cannot begin to express how much I enjoy this series - I have been watching it for a really long time now and it is just so engaging. Your expertise in journalism really comes through in the questions you ask. I particularly love this episode. I think the idea that creativity, makeup especially, cannot possibly require intelligence is utterly absurd - people like yourself and Morag continue to put these assumptions to shame. So passionate and so informed as well. Love it! xxx

Lovely Morag! Companies should shower her with products for her quality, talent and knowledge and for not jumping on clowny trends. I'm so in love with her way of being and thinking. Thank you Sali for this interview. xx

What a wonderful lady. That was so interesting, the skill of being able to turn the contents of a Boots in 1990 in to a kit on a film set is a mind boggling feat. Thank you Sali and team x

It's been sooo interesting to hear about the differences between being a make-up artist who works on red carpet looks or fashion shoots and one who works on films. It's sad, though, to hear these professionals are neglected by the cosmetic companies and don't receive the same level of attention as the aforementioned "fashion" make-up artists or even beauty editors.
@electrictwilight8 жыл бұрын
+PlugInKali I think of how much product is wasted when companies send it to youtubers that hoard it, when a pro like Morag is neglected, and it just makes me mad.

Great interview! I'm really enjoying the film side of makeup, there's definitely a lot to geek out about and can't wait to see the zukas! It's also refreshing to see how 'light' Morag's own stash is, it really makes you think about how we're all being encourage to hoard makeup and we're losing sight of how great and liberating it is to have a few great hero products. It's really made me think about paring down my collection...although the shiny new stuff is so tempting!

I don't keep skin care/makeup in my bathroom due to temp/moisture in that room but has the rule changed now where product's aren't affected anymore ? What a lovely lady.

I love "pretty honest", since buying it I changed my ways, my mother's beauty regiment and I started explaining the importance of cleansing and moisturising to my teenage sister. Also I religiously watch the series but the camera shots and the lighting are not good enough. They were a bit better in the Val Garland interview though. so maybe try doing it that way?

Sally I have gone back and looked at some of your earlier videos and will you do a video on dry dehyrdated skin products. The one i viewed was 3 years old and I would love to hear your view on affordable items. I spend quite a lot on skincare and just not sure anymore if it's worth it.....except for foundation! Im 57 and just now starting to see deep lines in my forehead and just can't seem to keep moisture in my skin....thank you so much if you should decide to do a video or recommend any products!!
