Sir, I have had nasal blockage for up to five years. Following my doctor's advice, I underwent surgery on Septoplasty with left Concha bullosa, but I still have nasal blockage two years after the surgery. Consequently I became addicted to decongestant nasal spray, which causes various side effects to me. Recently, I consulted my doctor again, and he informed me that the blockage is due to allergies. He prescribed an isotonic saline nasal spray for me to use instead of decongestant nasal spray. "Can I use the isotonic saline nasal spray to completely cure my nasal blockage, and will it help me stop using the decongestant nasal spray entirely?"

I don't think both 0.9%Saline & Solspre are same. Solspre contains Nasal Saline (0.65% - 0.7%) but not Normal saline(0.9%). Correct me if iam wrong
